The personnel criteria to be recruited are determined by the Senior Manager and the department Manager and conveyed to the Human Resources department, and the search for candidates begins.

General requirements for Recruitment of the Candidate
to be 18 years old,
To have the education, knowledge, skills and experience required by the job,
Not to have been convicted of a disgraceful or degrading offense or convicted of a serious offense restricting public rights,
Not having a physical or mental disability that would prevent him from performing his duty, Having the health condition required by the job (The employer may request special reports to determine the health status when deemed necessary),
