Performance evaluation is the beginning of career planning. The Human Resources Department prepares and updates the career plans of the employees, based on the results of the performance evaluation for making sound decisions regarding promotions, rotations and transfers for all employees. According to the results of the evaluation, horizontal and vertical (promotion) transfer opportunities are provided throughout the organization according to the knowledge and skills of the employee and the current position opportunity.
