Aim
Simora Engineering is to determine and define the activities that will ensure the compliance of its activities with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law No. 6698”) and to inform the parties.
Target and Scope
By publishing this Policy, Simora Engineering aims to provide the necessary information regarding the personal data processing activities it carries out, and accordingly to ensure that these activities are carried out in a transparent and legal manner in accordance with regulations.
The scope of this Policy is valid for all personal data processed automatically or non-automatically, provided that it is a part of any data recording system for our customers, potential customers, potential employees, company shareholders, company officials, visitors, employees, shareholders and officials of the institutions we cooperate with, and other third parties.
Application
"Simora Engineering will act in accordance with the law numbered 6698, secondary regulations, general principles of law and the following issues while processing personal data within the scope of this Policy.
Regular training will be provided to all personnel engaged in personal data collection and processing."
•Personal data will be correct and up-to-date when necessary.
• It will be processed for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes.
• Personal data will be processed in connection with the purpose, in a limited and restrained way.
• Secure environments will be used in the processing, storage and transfer of personal data.
• Necessary administrative and technical measures will be taken against possible unauthorized access or disclosure.
• It will be kept for the period required by the legal legislation or for the purpose for which they processed.
• Personal data will be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed.
• In cases where the explicit consent of the data owner is required, consent will be obtained. Necessary additional measures will be taken in the processing of sensitive personal data.
• Appropriate and accessible environments will be prepared so that people can apply and fulfill their information obligations.
Sanction
Simora Engineering will apply the provisions of the Workplace Discipline Regulation in cases of non-compliance and violation of this policy.
